When did we stop challenging the status quo? When did we start conforming? When did we start being dictated on what we can do and what we can’t? I say we because I’m part of it all! Earlier this week, I was feeling so low and when I started to look keenly I realised I had reached that robotic place. That place many of us seem to get once in a while or every so often. A place where everything works in a certain way, with an expected outcome and even when you have fun, it’s the kind that you know how it ends. So I decided I needed to find where I lost it all because seriously there is no way I was born to just pay bills and die. There has to be more! So even on my Facebook, I went out of the usual. I resumed my ‘current affairs’ posts featuring some controversial topics and of course not everyone was happy but again I shouldn’t be the one holding the key to your happiness. So expect more of such posts, thought provoking posts and lets have conversations. After that post I decided to take up some jokes and thanks to you all, you’ve ignited something in me! I hope I can keep it burning and I hope you too find your magic!
In other News, I completely forgot to say thank you for once again nominating me for the Facebook Personality Award and now will you please take a minute to vote for me? To vote simply sms 1D to 21195 or go to www.soma.or.ke/vot
Moving on, allow me to present to you yet another beautiful piece on my #LuciaMusau4AfricanDesigners series
