Fashion tactics of a Nairobi Senorita: Layering

IMG_5175

Lets say you have a date after work, with this Nairobi traffic you cant manage to go back home and change; at the same time you still want to dress up for your date. How do you  do it without having to carry around a pair of clothes? That’s where fashion tactics come in handy.

So, first you need the dress that you would like to go for a date with, hopefully its a simple one

Now, all you need to do is layer it up, besides its cold in the morning. An official top and your dress is now a skirt. Add your blazer or a crew neck sweater as you may please and you are ready for your day errands.

In the evening all you need to do is get rid of your top and blazer/sweater and you are ready for your date..don’t forget to touch up your make up and a bit of deo. Lastly, enjoy your date!!

Karen, you should try it…its actually cool even if you are not planning on removing the top later..sometimes you may have a dress with a nice print and you just want to wear it differently. PS Always nice to see you here

Thanks Shokey, I’m now doing the 30 day ab and squat challenge to tone up kidogo..and oh I love this trick especially with my small printed dress, every time you layer something different the outfit is totally different..
